Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Intelligent Forecaster service, API, or Odoo module, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Usage & Subscriptions

Access to our services requires a valid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).

3. Acceptable Use & Rate Limiting (Abuse Policy)

To ensure the stability and availability of our service for all users, we enforce strict usage limits:

  • SKU Limits: Starter Plan is limited to 50 active unique SKUs/month. Pro Plan is limited to 2,500 active unique SKUs/month. Usage beyond these limits requires an Enterprise plan.
  • API Rate Limits: All API requests are subject to rate limiting (e.g., 100 requests per hour for forecasting endpoints).

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently ban any account that:

  • Attempts to circumvent rate limits or SKU quotas.
  • Engages in abusive behavior, such as denial-of-service attacks or excessive polling.
  • Uses automation to scrape data or reverse-engineer our proprietary algorithms.

4. Intellectual Property

The forecasting algorithms, source code, API design, and documentation ("Service Content") are the exclusive property of Traceflow Pty Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service Content solely for your internal business operations during your subscription term.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS". We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of forecasts. Use of predictive data is at your own risk. We explicitly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traceflow Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or inventory obsolescence, incurred by you or any third party.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Our service integrates with third-party platforms, such as Slack, to provide enhanced notifications.

Slack Integration Disclaimer

This integration is not created by, affiliated with, or supported by Slack Technologies, Inc. "Slack" is a registered trademark and service mark of Slack Technologies, Inc. We use the Slack API solely to send notifications to channels you explicitly configure via Webhook URL. No message data from your workspace is read or stored by our service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traceflow Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
